Word has been received of the death of William "Bill" G. Wilde, 53 of Gresham, Ore. He had been in failing health about 3 months. He was the son of Mrs. Aurelia C. Wilde of Ladoga and the late AJ Wilde. Mr. Wilde was born and grew up in Montgomery and Putnam counties. He graduated from Greencastle HS and Purdue University and was recently the physical director of Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham where he resided. Other survivors include his wife, Marty; children Debbie, Bo and Jim; a sister, Mrs. Robert (Inez) Reed of Ladoga; brothers Jim of Longwood, Fla; Bob of Clarklake, Mich; Bruce of Ft Doge, Iowa and several nieces and nephew. - typed by kbz
